Working with Nalasa blew apart my conception of how external spaces impact our internal lives...
When I started working with Nalasa I didn't think that having a "clean" room meant much to me. Having a "clean" room... I associated that more with my mom nagging than anything spiritual.
I wanted to "be more adult" and decided to give this a whirl.
Working with her helped both on the "spiritual" as well as the "mechanical" side of interior design;
spiritual: I super enjoyed the meditation sessions in which she helped me visualize what kind of life I want, and how to symbolically manifest that in my lived surroundings;
mechanical: she helped me through identify patterns that were not working, decide what to change/ buy, and non-judgementally provided accountability to ensure I follow through!
A friend recently came into my room and immediately stopped in his tracks, breathed in deep, and said "something is very, very right about this space."

My session with Nalasa was such a fun, enriching experience!
We started with an intake form and recorded video of my space so she could prep before her call.
When we met on the phone, she immediately drew my attention to a number of areas within my office that were not optimal: my back was to the doorway, I had clunky furniture in my abundance corner, and my soul really wanted to have a command center (sounds about right!).
I love how she pulls in a variety of modalities including Feng Shui, Human Design, Organizational Systems, Reiki, and more!
We ended the call with a visualization to connect deeper with my space.
I was so excited by our session, I immediately got to work on rearranging my whole office. My soul feels more comfortable AND powerful in this position. And, come to think of it, I did get a number of financial opportunities several days later!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Home+Soul Re'Fresh session with Nalasa, and I cannot recommend it enough!
From start to finish, the session was both calming and invigorating, leaving me feeling renewed and refreshed in both my personal mindset as well as the plan for the interior of my new home.
Nalasa's attention to detail is unparalleled, and I was amazed at how she immediately tuned into our unique circumstances as it relates to the land and property of our building site. She provided several recommendations right away as to how we can align and be congruent moving forward.
I have never really designed a home with my personal aesthetic because we knew we weren’t staying put, so I have always focused on what would resell. But instead of enjoying the process of FINALLY getting to do whatever I want, it was overshadowed by the stress of making a zillion decisions and making sure everything is right! We are putting a lot of money into this home, so I want to make sure it has the feel and design that is scattered into a bunch of different pieces in my brain!
Throughout the session, Nalasa's energy was positive and infectious, making the process both enjoyable and transformative. She calmed me down 😊 and gave me some great next steps to chunk things up and prioritize, which will help me during the design (and budgeting!) process so that I don’t feel so out of control.
She was able to pull a “vision” out of me, which I hadn’t really been able to describe. Nalasa asked me questions that helped me identify what it is that I love – and more accurately, the emotions that they make me feel, such that I can bring that into the interior design of my home. She gave me clarity, structure, and confidence in the decisions I make to turn my vision into reality.
Thank you so much, Nalasa – I have a renewed, expansive perspective… and I now have a structure to bring my vision and how I want my environment to feel into my home so that I can live my dream every day!

Nalasa has a very gentle presence and listened patiently while I explained my journey to get to where I am now, and held the space for me beautifully.
I also wasn't sure what to expect during the session, but Nalasa met me exactly where I was at and didn't overwhelm me with too much information. She asked to see specific parts of the room I was in and suggested one tweak of changing my seating position when using my laptop, and also raising it to adjust my screen image, both of which made a huge difference to how I came across.
She also did a guided meditation with me, and I'm going to put my poets head on for a moment and describe her voice as being like golden raindrops.
I was sat upright in one of my dining chairs, and I don't relax easily. I've also never been one for guided meditations, and it's taken me a long time to be able to relax into them.
But with Nalasa speaking softly and lightly, I just started to float. There was a point where I could hear her talking but wasn't aware of what she was saying as I had drifted off into a meditative state. This is unusual for me as I haven't been able to let go to that extent before.

Left me sitting on top of the world.
When we started the session, we briefly discussed the questionnaire that I had completed for her, and the mad dash that my husband and I made to the UK last year, which had left me feeling unsettled – though I hadn’t really realized this until my talk with Nalasa.
A fabulous reading ensued followed by a meditation and finally a feeling of what I came to do harmonizing with who I am. The two have never sat in alignment before. More like squabbling siblings they glared at each other through time and space, never really accepting the other one for who and what it was.
Now I have peace. Big, scary peace. The decision has been understood – it was actually made a long time ago. The siblings are friends now. I will swap my Ayurvedic crown for a small coronet and pursue my destiny as an author, a communicator, a sensual visionary in a world of technology and disconnection from senses.
I am utterly grateful for the space Nalasa held for me, long enough to fully relish the prospect of who I am.
This is a lady that you should seek out time with.
