I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Home+Soul Re'Fresh session with Nalasa, and I cannot recommend it enough!

 

From start to finish, the session was both calming and invigorating, leaving me feeling renewed and refreshed in both my personal mindset as well as the plan for the interior of my new home.

Nalasa's attention to detail is unparalleled, and I was amazed at how she immediately tuned into our unique circumstances as it relates to the land and property of our building site. 

Working with Nalasa blew apart my conception of how external spaces impact our internal lives...

When I started working with Nalasa I didn't think that having a "clean" room meant much to me. Having a "clean" room... I associated that more with my mom nagging than anything spiritual.

I wanted to "be more adult" and decided to give this a whirl.

​

Working with her helped both on the "spiritual" as well as the "mechanical" side of interior design;

​

spiritual: I super enjoyed the meditation sessions in which she helped me visualize what kind of life I want, and how to symbolically manifest that in my lived surroundings;

​

mechanical: she helped me identify patterns that were not working, decide what to change/ buy, and non-judgmentally provided accountability to ensure I follow through!

​

A friend recently came into my room and immediately stopped in his tracks, breathed in deep, and said "something is very, very right about this space."

Nalasa did an amazing job of dowsing my Airbnb flat for me. 

​

Prior to Nalasa's visit, the place was feeling tired and stagnant and I had had some fairly negative reviews  from guests. 

​

However Nalasa's visit was like breathing fresh air into the place. It felt so much fresher and lighter after she had finished. 

​

It has been nearly a year since she did this and the guest reviews have been so warm and positive ever since.

It’s been a few months but I wanted to give a huge shout out to my best friend Nalasa for doing my work office!!

I now enjoy spending time in there and have received literally dozens of compliments from congregants and staff. When I had to stay at work until 11pm working on the budget one night, being in a beautiful, calming environment made it much less painful and even kind of nice. 

 

Nalasa is super talented at design (which has been evident since we were preteens) and is a great resource for decorating, organizing, interior design - and especially for those of us who struggle with organizing and just leave things for “someday.” She bought me plants, rearranged my office furniture, bought me some fancy chairs and a coffee table on Craigslist AND picked them up, put up my art… all the things I can’t quite do myself. Sound familiar?

She’s here in Boston for another week and a half - if you want to hire her for just an hour or a day, I highly recommend you jump on this opportunity! 

Nalasa was such a breath of fresh air!

She has an intuitive sense of aesthetics and experience in improving many different spaces. 

 

We had several problem areas that Nalasa helped us with. 

​

Her ability to see the rooms more objectively than we could allowed her to use her design skills to make immediate positive changes and also to help us set some goals for future projects. 

 

Nalasa guided us to look for ways to organize better, to make our spaces more peaceful and productive. 

 

Her advice was gentle and spot on. 

 

We felt like with her suggestions, we had a road map to what were the most important priorities, and how to get them solved. 

 

She also helped us move past inner obstacles that were keeping us from change and realizing our own potential. 

 

Nalasa moved us toward experiencing our spaces as having the kind of calm, yet creative energy that we can draw upon.

Having one session with Nalasa has a simple but incredibly powerful transformational effect on my work.

 

I work from home most of the time and was misusing my space and also mixing my uses. Nalasa helped me to understand this and I now have seconded work spaces within the home and it has changed how well I work but also how well I relax when not working.

I had the pleasure of working with Nalasa with the intention of having me love my home from the inside out. 

 

I am blessed to own my home, but I have never loved it in the six years that I’ve lived there. 

 

I’ve flirted with the idea of moving and then I felt moved to work with Nalasa. We spent three phenomenal, inspiring, and useful hours together, planting seeds for transformation of my living space. 

 

The work we did together makes clear that the space in which I live is so connected to my internal emotional spaciousness. 

 

Ever since our time together, I have daily taken joyful initiative to bring life, love, and calm into my home and into my life.

 

I’m not quite sure how Nalasa did so much in so little time, but I feel the magic that she transmitted to me. 

 

I truly feel blessed and have had unending excitement to continue my journey of making my home a place where I love to be. 

 

My home has also become a safe haven from which to launch myself into the world knowing that there is a beautiful, supportive, organized home awaiting me.

My session with Nalasa was such a fun, enriching experience!

She immediately drew my attention to a number of areas within my office that were not optimal: my back was to the doorway, I had clunky furniture in my abundance corner, and my soul really wanted to have a command center (sounds about right!).

 

I love how she pulls in a variety of modalities including Feng Shui, Human Design, Organizational Systems, Reiki, and more!

We ended the call with a visualization to connect deeper with my space.

 

I was so excited by our session, I immediately got to work on rearranging my whole office. My soul feels more comfortable AND powerful in this position. And, come to think of it, I did get a number of financial opportunities several days later!
